Role:

  • Ensure the contact between the company and the customers
  • Ensure the administrative commercial follow-up of the customers, from the business offer to the payment of invoices, in relation with the various services of the company (manufacturing / accounting etc.)
  • Promote the brand image of the group
  • Respect the rules defined by the company
  • Carry out specific missions entrusted by the line manager
  • Define the objectives and have them validated
  • Promote the smooth running of the Technicians’ interventions

Missions:

  • Achieve a turnover necessary for the activity and development of the company
  • Maintain the portfolio of existing customers
  • Prospect for new potential customers to increase the company’s turnover
  • Ensure the deployment of all the companies of the group
  • Know the market prices needed to obtain orders
  • Understand the customer needs necessary to establish a suitable offer and be attentive to the evolution
  • Ensure order taking within the strategy defined by the sales manager
  • Ensure the operation of forecasts with customer follow-up
  • Analyze the various markets and customer potential
  • Verify orders (offer/order reconciliation, verification of elements in relation to technical data, deadlines, and registrations)
  • Respect and enforce the pricing policy
  • Ensure reminders according to the shipping time
  • Develop customer loyalty through visits and oral or written contracts
  • Ensure the adequacy of the products delivered to the customer’s needs
  • Report to the company on the feedbacks made by the customers
  • Convince the customer of the quality of the partnership
  • Organize sales visits and customer prospecting in an efficient manner (limit the number of kilometers, 3/5 visits per day of travel) in agreement with the Sales Department
  • Write visit reports and check lists in the form defined by the quality department and organize their distribution
  • Write the non-conformities and trigger the meetings with the concerned persons (technical, sales manager, management)
  • Drawing up offers personally and forwarding them to customers/agents and initiating the order
  • Participate in trade shows
  • In coordination with the After Sales Support, promote, sell, follow up on installations and/or After Sales interventions at customers
  • Participate in the profitability of the After Sales Service
