Salveo has just acquired a majority stake in Ramark, an Italian consulting and specialized trading company founded in 1988 by Arnaldo Ramella. This operation will enable Salveo tostrengthen its presence in Italy and in the European market for consulting and services to companies in the field of international development. It is also an opportunity for Salveo to enter a new territory, that of sourcing, associated with the specialized trading business.
Thanks to the synergy of skills between the Ramark and Salveo teams, European and foreign companies interested in expanding their activities in Italy will benefit from enhanced support in terms of growth and acquisitions.
The deal will also enable Salveo and Ramark to offer Italian companies looking to expand internationally an enhanced range of consulting services in areas such as recruitment and payroll management, as well as reputational due diligence, influence, security and business ethics, all areas of expertise for the ADIT Group, Salveo’s parent company and the European leader in its market.
