The Salveo adventure began almost 30 years ago, and we’ve now been writing it within the Adit Group for 8 years. From the outset, I have remained convinced that our greatest strength lies in the quality of our teams and their management, serving the interests of our customers around the world.
In view of the growth challenges facing us and our customers, and after the exceptional year we’ve all had together, I decided to add to our executive team.
A new page has been turned, and it is with some emotion that I am pleased to announce the appointment, alongside Johann Sponar, of 3 new Managing Directors. In view of their first steps, I’d like to thank them for their commitment, enthusiasm and unfailing dedication to meeting this challenge alongside me.
Sabine SCARAVETTI | Managing Director – Operations & Human Resources.
Sabine joined the Salveo team in Moscow 19 years ago, then ran the Russian subsidiary until 2018, before deciding to move back to France with her family and take over the management of operations. She is appreciated and recognized by both our teams and our customers for her perfect knowledge of the workings of our services, her operational rigor and her benevolence.
Tristan COTTE| Executive Vice-President – Commerce.
Initially a customer nearly 9 years ago, Tristan joined the team in 2015 to support me in our external growths and then focused on strengthening commercial ties within the Salveo team and the Adit group. Constantly attentive to market needs, Tristan has been building the tailor-made offer our customers need worldwide to develop and secure their positions. Their geographic and sector expertise is as much appreciated as the sales performance they deliver.
Arnaud LEURENT | Executive Vice-President – Strategy, Transformation and Integration.
Originally from the North of France, like myself, I have known and appreciated Arnaud for many years within our Federation OSCI. That’s how Arnaud and his company All Winds came to join Salveo, Groupe ADIT from 2019. Arnaud stands out for the quality of his advice on strategy, coaching and international business transformation. It’s only natural that I wanted to have him at my side to support our own growth as well as that of our customers.
