The United Arab Emirates have been for a long time a large proportion of foreign investment, due in particular to the attractiveness of Dubai. A number of players are already established in the region.
SaudiArabia, even if it only implements a fraction of the investment programs outlined in MBS’s Vision 2030, has become the undisputed hub of economic activity in the region. The ” saoudisation ” of investments and locations has become a prerequisite, undermining Dubai’s status as a hub with regional competence.
Finally, Egypt is the region’s great demographic and intellectual powerhouse, with Egyptian executives and entrepreneurs present throughout the region, forming a considerable network of influence.
Faced with this situation, human resources management is evolving, positioning itself as a central pivot in the adaptation of companies to new regional dynamics.
