Interview with Salveo partner BNP Paribas
Laure MEURVILLE LE PAUL, Head of GTS Trade Development at BNP Paribas
Arnaud Laure, could you tell us how the partnership between our two organizations came about?
Laure : The origins go back more than 20 years, since the first partnership was signed on June 30, 2003, and was one of the very first partnerships of this type signed by the bank. We signed an agreement on Russia and the CEECs, whereas 20 years later we have partnerships in 70 countries.
Arnaud Arnaud: Why this long-term partnership with Salveo?
Laure BNP PARIBAS Trade dévelopment has strict specifications: we work with French-speaking players with a proven local presence in the selected countries, and capable of carrying out rather high-end individual assignments. The focus is on quality, with a presence in France if possible for follow-up.
Arnaud How did Salveo meet your expectations?
Laure: Salveo is a very interesting partner because it offers a multiplicity of possible assignments in many countries. Its staff are highly responsive, and we have observed a real satisfaction with their services on the part of our customers. Salveo’s assignments are well-structured, and the company holds quality certifications. I can add that belonging to the ADIT group is also a guarantee of seriousness and quality.
Arnaud Arnaud: Can you mention any other areas of partnership?
Laure : I have fond memories of a joint event at Château Latour. More recently, together we organized a series of breakfasts across our network in France to present our strategic and operational consulting offer.
Arnaud What do you think of the creation of the Partners Club?
Laure I’m very interested in the launch of the club, which provides an opportunity for networking and sharing experience between professionals. This type of initiative makes perfect sense at a time when too many events and training courses are held in digital format. I believe that face-to-face contact remains vital for building relationships and trust.
Arnaud A suggestion for the Partners Club?
Laure Salveo and ADIT organize a number of very interesting themed conferences. Being able to attend and receive the recordings would enable us to rebroadcast this quality information to our employees and customers.
