It is essential to target laboratories that are sufficiently structured and solid to stand out from the main competitors. As in the case of Egypt, our on-the-ground prospecting in the Emirates enables us to address the serious players very quickly, by meeting most of the laboratories that count locally. We carry out audits (compliance, reputability, industrial, HR, commercial, etc.) of the selected targets and build the foundation for lasting relationships by managing the company’s M&A project through to the final closing of the deal.
