Our customer, a major player in the industrial sector, and particularly in the production of refractories, is counting on South Africa for the international development of its activities. To carry out the operational actions of this project, our customer is looking to hire staff.
Issues
With no local structure in South Africa, and therefore no power to hire its own team, our customer wanted to entrust Salveo with all aspects of payroll management for its employees.

Initially, the company chose to entrust Salveo with the hiring, salary and expense management of an employee. Highly satisfied with the results obtained, and keen to continue developing its activities in the area, the company then decided to entrust the hiring and salary management of a second employee to Salveo.
Today, our employees are fully operational and in full compliance with local and social legislation, enabling them to ensure the full success of the project.
